What is a promoter?

A promoter can be defined as all those involved in the brewing sector: pubs and cafés, beer festivals, competitions, tastings, brotherhoods and other hop producers.

You, the promoters, are essential to the vitality of the brewing world: without you, there would be no promotion, no sales, no events, no connection with the public. You are the intermediaries, the passion carriers, the connectors between beer and those who discover, share and enjoy it. That's why beBeer is committed to promoting you through a series of initiatives — network, label, awards, digital guide — and encourages you to join this collective dynamic. And it might just start with... introducing beBeer to your commune.⬇️⬇️⬇️

Promote the beBeer network in your town or municipality

Your activity can benefit from greater visibility if your town or municipality joins the network of Brewing Cities and Communes. Subscription to the network and the ‘Brewing Commune’ label put communes on the European beer tourism map. This promotes local economic development, enhances the image of the commune and promotes the brewing sector in the area, including your pub or activities.

And that's not all: if a local elected councillor becomes a beBeer Ambassador, they can mention your activity or pub directly on their brewing ID card, which can be viewed on ‘beBeer in your pocket’. This is enhanced visibility that you can initiate. It's the win-win principle of beBeer: promoting communes and those who bring them to life.

A simple and effective toolkit is available to pass on the information to local elected councillors: a standard letter, arguments and an explanation of the label. Spread the word. Your commune will thank you for it.
